Bar consultancy
For the bar consultancy we work closely together with our sister agency Cocktail Professor. Our team of creative bar consultants approach projects like a design project. The bar consultant works closely with you as a hospitality or luxury hotel client and guide you trough all the steps to take in creating a bar program. First we start with a brainstorm with the team to hear more about the wishes, ambition and F&B direction and extensive research into the (local) bar industry and worldwide cocktail trends.
With these results in hand we’ll move forward. Creating a strong beverage concept suiting the style of the hospitality brand and the theme of the bar venue and perfecting this into all the small details of the (cocktail) bar. For the different bar consultancy phases we will provide sketches, moodboards and descriptions which gives the possibility to give feedback any moment in the bar consultancy process, ending with a craftsmanship bar training on location by our bar consultant and bar trainer.
This will be the start of creating truly unique experiences for the bar. Thinking about all the senses. Tailor-made signature beverage programs with drinks that tickle the 5 senses, have a sense of storytelling and totally suiting the concept of the F&B venue.
